My corporate past is extensive. The brand that I have cultivated is one of Authentic Leadership in an ever changing work dynamic. I master challenges with leadership, confidence, decisiveness, enthusiasm, humility, common sense and mirth. My day-to-day objective is to “strike the balance” between human needs and organizational deliverables. My talent for training, coaching/providing constructive feedback, active listening, mentoring and building productive teams is established in the US and abroad.

I am the founder of BroadStrokes Consulting LLC. A service offering compassionate advice in a safe, “stress free” environment for clients during adverse situations. We partner with you to problem solve, prioritize tasks and navigate through stressful life cycles including:

• Caregiving to parents, siblings, children or partners
• Professional burn-out
• Unexpected loss of loved ones

We have all encountered or been overwhelmed at critical junctures in our lives. Especially now when we are all being pulled in multiple directions. The decisions we make at home and in business today center around adaptability and the ability to manage change.
